For safety and health reasons we do not accept any returns.
Upon receipt, if the product itself (not the box or outer shipping carton) is defective in any way, we will replace the product immediately.
In the unlikely event that you receive a package that contains a damaged or defective product, please contact us at Support@Makeupshop.com. We will send you instructions on how to return the product and send you out a replacement right away.*
NOTE: When signing for your package, be sure the carton is intact and not tampered with. If you notice signs of damage or tampering, note that on the paper you sign. It may be necessary to obtain a refund from the shipper for any damaged or missing contents. Alert us immediately.
